Four out-state agencies to promote tourism in South Dakota

RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) — Four advert agencies, all from exterior South Dakota, have been chosen to collaborate on selling the state’s tourism trade.Karsh Hagan, Love Communications, Lou Hammond Group and Two by Four had been picked after just one South Dakota company bid for the partnership.
