• 9:56 | glorified contractor I was an agency

• 10:05 | they focus on the experience and they
• 10:08 | have someone else deliver the actual
• 10:09 | thing for them and I looked at and
• 10:11 | that’s when I started to realize you
• 10:13 | need to apply the Expedia business model
• 10:14 | to an agency so basically what you do is
• 10:17 | you use contractor Arbitrage in a lot of
• 10:19 | countries making 300 500 you know eight
• 10:23 | hundred dollars per month per client is
• 10:25 | a lot of money and the beautiful thing
• 10:27 | is you can sell to clients in France
• 10:29 | England us and selling an actual
• 10:32 | business I’m not talking about a
• 10:33 | personal trainer or a violin coach I’m
• 10:35 | talking about like real actual
• 10:36 | businesses that have tens if not
• 10:38 | hundreds of thousands of dollars a month
• 10:40 | in expenses and are always looking for
• 10:42 | new ways to get customers whether that
• 10:44 | be through short form content email
• 10:45 | Marketing sales whatever it is you can
• 10:47 | very easily sell to proper businesses
• 10:49 | for fifteen hundred dollars a month two
• 10:51 | thousand dollars a month 2500 3K you
• 10:54 | know upwards and onwards depending on
• 10:55 | the size of the company and how you
• 10:56 | structure the deal but the point is
