Former India captain Virat Kohli has clarified that it is “not true” that his earnings are Rs 11.45 crore per post on Instagram.
“While I am grateful and indebted to all that I’ve received in life, the news that has been making rounds about my social media earnings is not true.” he wrote on Twitter.
The response came after Hopper HQ, a social media marketing solution reported that Kohli is the third most richest person on Instagram earlier this week.

And he is the only Indian among the top 25 on the list. As per the list, Portugal’s Cristiano Ronaldo and Argentina’s Lionel Messi are above Kohli.
The former Indian skipper is active on Instagram and posts videos of his training and day-to-day activities on it.
The 34-year-old who was part of the two-match Test series and three-match ODI series against the West Indies is now taking a break and his been rest for five-match T20I series against Ireland as well.
Kohli is expected to play in the Asia Cup later this month in Sri Lanka.
