• Excellent paper work and computer skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);Main Duties • Implement digital social media strategies in compliance with the direction of head office and maximize the impact of electronic communications in relation to marketing and new media;• Implement and manage promotion event campaigns to promote brand awareness, image, and consistent messaging across the digital space and to maximize business potential; • Online Brand Marketing (Corporate Website, Social Platform): – Develop online advertising and marketing strategy to increase brand online awareness. – Drive the development and execution of all online marketing campaign. – Manage all online marketing channels, digital and social platforms: corporate website, weibo, wechat, and other social media, paid search etc.- Work closely with Marketing & Communications Director and WW Digital team to update the content at official website in Chinese version by weekly basis by implementing Page Order, YGrider, Mantis. – Execute website management system guided by WW locally. – Conduct Chinese translation of the resources based on Press Release and keep the message in line with the same tone and manner of the brand image. – Build up a solid connection and communication with Key Opinion Leaders to maximize brand, event and product exposures. – Better feature product angels, the four corner stones and brand story in communication and optimize the visibility and Word of Month for the brand. • Advertising: – Develop annual integrated digital Advertising strategy following WW Communication Guidelines covering catalogue, Digital Advertising. – Sense targeted consumers’ media preference.- Implement and update master digital advertising plan.- Well manage and control digital advertising budget. – Annual and new digital campaign brief and follow up. – Work together with WW Advertising Manager & Digital Manager on each campaign action plans, implementation and measurement. – Work with agency to provide quarterly / mid-year / yearly media competition review, Market research and evaluate investment result. Analyze market intelligence (technology / competitors). Monitor competitors’ social digital activities. – Perform as a liaison among brand, agency and media. • Conduct digital marketing proposal, recap, and report; • Provide creative brief and copywriting and tack media performance for analysis; • Digital Marketing related training and sharing: – Act as a point of coordination for digital training to enable the China organization to acquire necessary skills and knowledge. – Keep up-to-date with current developments and trends in digital capabilities and industry knowledge. – Facilitate knowledge sharing within China organization, to and from other regions of the world. – Present digital marketing solutions to all levels of an organization and add credibility to digital sales opportunities. • Other administration: Assist Marketing & Communications Director to:- Supervise Digital Agencies, Advertising Agency and conduct monthly Report, Media Report, Competitors’ report- Monitor budget control. – Conduct Monthly Social Digital Marketing Calendar, and Budget Presentation. • Team Management: Lead, monitor, motivate and coach the marketing force to ensure the functional objectives are achieved; • Other related ad-hoc projects and tasks.
