If so, Cerapedics is hiring professionals like you.Senior Manager, Marketing and Corporate CommunicationsThe Senior Manager of Marketing and Corporate Communications is responsible for the development and supervision of all marketing and corporate communications strategies for the company. This individual will oversee the development of goals, strategies, and implementation plans to execute comprehensive marketing and corporate objectives. This individual will plan and execute a wide variety of internal and external communications activities, and work closely with internal department leaders and our external agencies.This individual leads with trust and integrity and acts as a business partner, applying influence management with cross functional leaders and staff inside and outside of Cerapedics to achieve communication goals and objectives.The Senior Manager will bring experience and leadership in the medical device industry or in related fields, including a track record of executing communication strategies for high value medical device products, with experience presenting and communicating to executives and external stakeholders.The Senior Manager, Marketing and Corporate Communications reports to the Sr. Director, Product and Downstream Marketing.Key Responsibilities:Recommend, develop, and deliver an integrated marketing communications strategy and plan that enhances brand equity and assists the company in achieving its vision, mission and objectives.Create communication and marketing strategies for new products, launches, events, and promotions.Work closely with Public Relations (PR) agency to develop messaging, press releases, contributed articles, event strategy and media relations strategy.Manage and lead all external marketing agencies to budget and to deliver programs and initiatives.Ensure all products, services, and other offerings conform to brand identity; conduct ongoing brand management. Work with creative staff and other department heads to produce company materials in accordance with brand guidelines.Lead digital strategy including development of new corporate website.Lead and help implement online marketing activities including social media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, lead generation, ABM, etc.Lead and champion internal copy review processBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required.5+ years of experience in public relations, marketing and/or corporate communications.Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field. MBA Preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing with an emphasis on public relations or communications.Demonstrated success and experience in leading marketing and/or corporate communications.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Ability to balance multiple projects with strong tactical execution.Ability and experience leading external agencies.Influence management skills and ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization.Previous experience in, or strong working knowledge of the medical device industry.Experience working with executives, health care providers and professional organizations.Travel up to 15%.BENEFITS/COMPENSATION (including, but not limited to):Medical and dental insurance, group life insurance ,401k matching, long term disability, potential target bonus, paid time off.SALARY RANGE: $145-$185k plus target bonusEEO STATEMENT:Cerapedics is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
