• 2:22 | are paying out maybe it’s 3% maybe it’s
• 2:24 | 10% maybe it’s a little bit more than
• 2:26 | that right and for every sale you make
• 2:28 | you have to wait 30 days and then we pay
• 2:29 | pay out the commissions okay uh and
• 2:31 | that’s basically how it works okay so it
• 2:33 | depends on what kind of affiliate
• 2:35 | marketer you want to be okay and this is
• 2:37 | very important do you have a following
• 2:39 | are you an influencer do you have a big
• 2:41 | blog right maybe you have a technology
• 2:43 | blog or maybe you have um you know an
• 2:46 | FNB blog where you talk about wine and
• 2:48 | where you talk about food or maybe you
• 2:49 | talk about pizza specifically right
• 2:52 | maybe you have a gardening blog and you
• 2:54 | teach people how to garden you teach
• 2:55 | them all the different types of
• 2:57 | equipment that they can use you’re going
• 2:58 | to have to find the right brand to
• 3:00 | partner up with if you want to marry
• 3:02 | your audience with the right type of
• 3:04 | company so that you can generate sales
• 3:06 | and that’s in effect how affiliate
• 3:08 | marketing works it’s a 12 billion
• 3:10 | industry there are a lot of networks out
• 3:12 | there and impact is one of those really
• 3:14 | big legit legitimate ones okay so um I’m
• 3:17 | going to log in um I don’t use impact
• 3:20 | all the time but let me just show you

• 3:25 | right you can see obviously I’ve made no
• 3:26 | sales here cuz I’m not necessarily
• 3:28 | promoting this specific product but name

• 3:33 | service so you can buy URLs you can buy
• 3:36 | domain names from there and this would
• 3:37 | be my affiliate link so if I was to
• 3:39 | click on it and copy it right now if I
• 3:41 | was to drop this into you know Tik Tok
• 3:44 | or my Facebook or my YouTube or I would
• 3:47 | email it to my email list or maybe some
• 3:48 | of my students want to buy a domain and
• 3:51 | I recommend hey why don’t you use name
• 3:53 | chep and they click on it this will lead
• 3:55 | them directly to the name cheep website
• 3:57 | right it looks like a you know the the
• 3:59 | the normal site and when somebody signs
• 4:01 | up and buys a domain I will make a
• 4:03 | commission it’s as simple as that so all
• 4:05 | it is is it’s a referral program and you
• 4:08 | can partner up with many many many
• 4:10 | different products right here and as
• 4:12 | long as you have an audience and
• 4:14 | somebody buys through your links you
• 4:16 | will generate a commission all right so

• 4:20 | through bank transfer uh through BAC uh

• 4:26 | pay out through PayPal which is pretty
• 4:27 | cool as well all right most people have

• 4:43 | to become a marketer okay so you have to
• 4:45 | understand that a lot of these networks
• 4:47 | like impact like share a sale like CJ
• 4:51 | affiliate like ClickBank like JV Zoo
• 4:53 | right like Amazon they don’t teach you
• 4:55 | how to Market they just assume that
• 4:57 | you’re a marketer or you’re an influenc
• 4:59 | incer or your Creator and you have some
• 5:02 | sort of following whether it’s on your
• 5:03 | blog or uh maybe it’s on your email list
• 5:06 | or maybe it’s on one of your big social
• 5:07 | media accounts like Tik Tok or Instagram
• 5:09 | or Facebook reals right and they just
• 5:11 | assume that you already have this
• 5:13 | audience so they’re just offering you a
• 5:15 | place where you can find Partnerships
• 5:17 | right and maybe you want to sell you
• 5:19 | know recommend you know a specific
• 5:21 | Adidas shoe to your audience and if they
• 5:23 | buy through your link then you get a
• 5:25 | commission so they work with a lot of
• 5:27 | these big Brands they simplify the
• 5:28 | affiliate process
• 5:30 | and then when people buy the products
• 5:32 | then you make a commission it’s as
