The Works, part of Capgemini, has appointed Johnnie McGinness customer engagement lead and promoted Jacq Henderson strategist.
McGinness joins The Works from Oracle CX Consulting where he partnered with organisations in multiple sectors across JAPAC, enabling them to bring their brands, business goals, and digital marketing strategies to fruition.

“I’m looking forward to bringing a new perspective and fresh ideas to our clients to help achieve their goals.”
Jacq Henderson has been promoted to strategist after joining the agency as a junior strategist in 2021.
McGinness will report to strategy partner Dan Pankraz who said: “We are super excited to welcome Johnnie. At a time when we’re further developing our Accelerated Journeys CX offering, bringing in someone with his level of CX, data and digital capability will add incredible value to our clients.
