• 1:34 | type in weight loss weight loss for
• 1:37 | example let’s just say for the sake of
• 1:39 | this video that it’s going to be a
• 1:40 | weightless offer that we are going to
• 1:42 | promote and you hit enter now what you
• 1:45 | can do is actually off the type weight
• 1:48 | loss also include a hashtag shorts and
• 1:52 | then hit enter now what we’re going to
• 1:54 | see is a lot of shorts on YouTube within
• 1:58 | the weight loss Niche or lose weight

• 2:52 | video plus audio 720p will be good
• 2:55 | enough for us and we’re going to
• 2:57 | download it and once we downloaded the
• 2:59 | video what you’re going to do is head
• 3:01 | over to a site called canva canva.com
• 3:04 | and if you don’t have an account here
• 3:07 | it’s totally free just sign up and
• 3:09 | create yourself account and once you’re
• 3:10 | logged into canva just gonna hit create
• 3:13 | a design right here write vertical video
• 3:16 | in the search box right there then what
• 3:18 | you want to do is actually choose video
• 3:21 | size that is 1080 by 1920. so let’s say
• 3:25 | this one right here it’s going to open
• 3:27 | up the editor inside of canva for a
• 3:29 | vertical video that we can use later
• 3:32 | when we are going to post it I’m going
• 3:33 | to show you all about this later in this
• 3:35 | video I just want to show you how to
• 3:36 | download somebody else’s content and now
• 3:39 | make it your own so once you open the
• 3:41 | editor just go over to uploads in the
• 3:44 | left hand side right here and we’re
• 3:47 | gonna just upload the video that we just
• 3:50 | downloaded and then we’re gonna click on
• 3:52 | it right here and actually start using
• 3:55 | this video and make it our own so what
• 3:58 | you can do right here you see just hold
• 4:00 | down the key right here and drag it
• 4:02 | around I usually want to drag it so I
• 4:04 | fill the whole Space here just grab the
• 4:07 | handles and we can also make it let’s
• 4:11 | just say we want to make it something
• 4:13 | like that so we got the video somewhere
• 4:16 | in the middle and what you can do right
• 4:19 | now is actually cover the text right
• 4:21 | here or make it your own so we’re gonna
• 4:24 | go to elements right here and just type
• 4:27 | shapes and then you will see lines and
• 4:30 | shape and we’re going to just grab this
• 4:32 | one right here and now we’re gonna drag
• 4:34 | this shape somewhere right there just
• 4:36 | make it big enough so it covers the old
• 4:39 | text below I’m gonna make it just click
• 4:41 | on the color right here and you can make
• 4:43 | it white for example then you can just
• 4:45 | hit command C and copy it and just
• 4:48 | command V to paste it in and do the same
• 4:51 | down there as well and now if you want
• 4:54 | to put some text right here we can just
• 4:56 | go to the text tool and click on add a
• 4:59 | head and if we go back to YouTube you
• 5:02 | can grab other people’s titles as well
• 5:05 | so stop doing this every day for fat
• 5:09 | loss alright so get back to your design
• 5:11 | and click on it click on a text element
• 5:14 | stop doing this for fat loss
• 5:20 | for example I’m going to move it up
• 5:22 | there we’re going to change the text
• 5:23 | color right here to Black and we’re
• 5:26 | going to make it bigger just by dragging
• 5:29 | the sides and we can even click on it
• 5:31 | and make it two rows instead then we’re
• 5:35 | gonna make it even bigger and place it
• 5:37 | in the center right there now we can
• 5:40 | also click on the text copy it paste it
• 5:43 | drag it down to the bottom and here you
• 5:45 | can say something like Link in BIO I’m
• 5:50 | going to show you why in a bit or we can
• 5:52 | make this one a bit bigger as well and
• 5:55 | you can obviously play around with fonts
• 5:58 | and the colors the colors of the text

• 6:02 | have created your own reel inside of
• 6:05 | canva you’re just gonna hit share right
• 6:08 | here in the upper right hand corner and
• 6:11 | choose download and choose MP4 video and
• 6:15 | the quality is already set to 1080p so
• 6:17 | this will automatically upscale whatever
• 6:19 | your video you put in here for a full HD
• 6:23 | resolution and then you just hit
• 6:25 | download so the video is downloading the
• 6:27 | next step we’re gonna do is actually
• 6:29 | head over to Instagram and what you’re
• 6:32 | going to do on Instagram is basically
• 6:33 | create a new account and name that
• 6:36 | account with something that has to do
• 6:38 | with your Niche so for example this is
• 6:40 | the weight loss Niche so if I go and
• 6:43 | search on Instagram for weight loss we
• 6:47 | can see different channels or different
• 6:49 | accounts here on Instagram that is
• 6:51 | within our Niche right so if we choose
• 6:54 | something like weight loss real and you
• 6:57 | can come up with some creative names for
• 6:59 | your new Instagram account and if we
• 7:02 | look at their reels right here look at
• 7:04 | these 3000 views 7 000 views nine
• 7:07 | thousand views 11 000 views for simple
• 7:11 | vertical videos with some graphics and
• 7:14 | text and all of these videos is videos
• 7:17 | that you can pull from YouTube by
• 7:19 | searching for shorts and then using the
• 7:22 | Creative Commons license to download
• 7:24 | them upload them to canva tweak them a
• 7:27 | bit and then upload them to your brand
• 7:30 | new Instagram account and if you search
• 7:32 | for weight loss accounts on Instagram

• 12:19 | Instagram for ten dollars so if you pay
• 12:23 | forty dollars actually you can get 250
• 12:26 | quotes and infographics for your channel
• 12:29 | now if you search around on Fiverr I
• 12:31 | know you can fight for five or ten
• 12:34 | dollars and get three hundred five
• 12:36 | hundred quotes made for you that’s 500
• 12:40 | posts that you can use for months to
• 12:43 | come on Instagram and you can obviously
• 12:46 | reuse them make them as reels or
