Full Affiliate Marketing Tutorial for Beginners Affiliate Marketing Course (with Free Preview): …

  • 0:00 | Hey everyone, welcome to another video.
  • 0:02 | In today’s video, I’m going to do
  • 0:03 | a full affiliate marketing
    tutorial for beginners.
  • 0:07 | So if you’re just getting
    into affiliate marketing,
  • 0:09 | this video should be extremely helpful.
  • 0:11 | I’m going to do most
    of this on the camera,
  • 0:13 | and then also on screen recording.
  • 0:15 | So we’ll go through
    everything step by step
  • 0:17 | so you can follow right along.
  • 0:18 | Now, I’ve been doing affiliate marketing
  • 0:19 | for over five years now,
  • 0:21 | and I think a lot of people
    make it more complicated
  • 0:23 | than it actually is.
  • 0:25 | I’ve made over a million
    dollars in commissions,
  • 0:27 | and I’ll show you kind of
the easy way, the medium way,
  • 0:30 | and then the hard way to
    do affiliate marketing.
  • 0:32 | You can make money with all of these.
  • 0:33 | I will say though, as you go
from easy to medium to hard,
  • 0:36 | you will make the most
    money with the hardest way.
  • 0:39 | But if you’re just getting started,
  • 0:40 | you can start with the easiest way
  • 0:42 | and just kind of dip your
    toes into this business model.
  • 0:44 | Now, before we switch
    over to the computer,
  • 0:46 | just a quick heads up
  • 0:47 | that this video is going to
move at a pretty fast pace
  • 0:49 | because there’s a lot of ground to cover.
  • 0:51 | But without further ado,
  • 0:52 | let’s switch over to the
computer and get started in this.
  • 0:54 | So the very first thing to know here is,
  • 0:56 | what is affiliate marketing?
  • 0:58 | And a lot of people make it
  • 1:00 | a lot more confusing than it actually is.
  • 1:02 | So just by going to a thesaurus
    and typing in affiliate,
  • 1:05 | you’re going to see what a lot of people
  • 1:07 | don’t really think about here.
  • 1:08 | So all affiliate means is teaming up with,
  • 1:11 | or joining forces with, or
to join up with a company.
  • 1:15 | All it is is you partnering
  • 1:17 | with a company or a
    brand totally for free,
  • 1:19 | and they pay you on a commission basis.
  • 1:22 | So they give you a unique referral link,
  • 1:24 | and you can share that
    with anyone that you want.
  • 1:27 | And when someone clicks on that link,
  • 1:29 | it instantly redirects them
    to the company’s website.
  • 1:31 | And the website looks
    exactly like it would
  • 1:33 | if that person were to just go
to that website on their own
  • 1:36 | or find it through Google.
  • 1:37 | The only difference is that now
  • 1:39 | since they used your unique referral link,
  • 1:41 | if they purchase anything on the website,
  • 1:43 | the company knows that you were
    the one that referred them,
  • 1:45 | so you actually get paid a commission
  • 1:47 | on anything that they
    purchase on the site.
  • 1:49 | So with that said,
  • 1:50 | I’ll walk you through
    everything from finding out
  • 1:52 | which affiliate programs to
join, to how to join them,
  • 1:55 | to actually sharing your link with people
  • 1:57 | and getting them to click on
    them, so you make commission.
  • 1:59 | But one other really
    important thing to understand
  • 2:01 | before we get into this to
help you set your mindset right
  • 2:04 | for affiliate marketing
    is that the word marketing
  • 2:08 | at the end of affiliate is
    actually extremely important
  • 2:10 | for online business.
  • 2:12 | So the affiliate business model
  • 2:13 | has been around for basically ever.
  • 2:15 | People do it in person,
    people do it online.
  • 2:18 | To give you an example in person,
  • 2:20 | think about the people
    who go door to door,
  • 2:22 | they knock on your door and
    try to sell you something.
  • 2:24 | Whether that is a pest control service
  • 2:26 | or solar panels for your roof,
  • 2:28 | they are basically doing
    affiliate marketing.
  • 2:30 | They are working for the company,
  • 2:32 | and if you sign up with them,
  • 2:33 | they get paid a commission by that company
  • 2:35 | because they’re the ones
    that sold you the product.
  • 2:37 | However, when you take
    that business model online,
  • 2:39 | the marketing aspect of that
    name affiliate marketing
  • 2:42 | becomes extremely important.
  • 2:44 | So you can take your affiliate link
  • 2:46 | and you can post that online,
  • 2:48 | and then you can do online marketing
  • 2:50 | to bring all the people to your link
  • 2:52 | rather than you going one-to-one
to try to make that sale.
  • 2:55 | So keep that in mind as we go
    through this whole tutorial
  • 2:58 | because what we’re going to be focusing on
  • 3:00 | is different ways to
    get all different people
  • 3:01 | on the internet to come to
    your link through marketing.
  • 3:04 | Now, don’t worry,
  • 3:05 | you don’t have to be a
    marketing whiz to do this.
  • 3:07 | I’ll show you how to do it the easy way,
  • 3:08 | the medium way, and the hard way.
  • 3:10 | So the first thing that I
would tell you if you want
  • 3:11 | to get into affiliate
    marketing is to think about
  • 3:14 | what kind of products do you
    want to be affiliated with.
  • 3:17 | Now, you can be affiliated
  • 3:18 | with any type of product in any industry,
  • 3:21 | you just have to make sure
  • 3:22 | that company has an affiliate program.
  • 3:24 | So think about what are your hobbies,
  • 3:25 | think about what are your passions,
  • 3:27 | think about what kind of things
  • 3:28 | you would want to refer people to.
  • 3:30 | This could be anything.
  • 3:31 | It could be fishing, it could be boating,
  • 3:32 | it could be mountain biking,
    it could be rock climbing,
  • 3:34 | it could be camera equipment.
  • 3:35 | No matter what it is,
you can use it for this.
  • 3:37 | So if you were to pick
    something like mountain biking,
  • 3:40 | that’s what we’ll use for this tutorial.
  • 3:41 | Go to Google and type in mountain bikes.
  • 3:47 | Okay, now that you’ve typed
    in your general niche,
  • 3:49 | now you wanna go through and
    see which websites online
  • 3:52 | are the biggest websites that
    are selling this product.
  • 3:55 | So let’s see who’s selling mountain bikes.
  • 3:57 | We’ve got bikesdirect.com.
  • 3:59 | We’ve got bikesdirect.com again.
  • 4:01 | We’ve got Specialized, which
is a big mountain bike brand.
  • 4:04 | We’ve got Diamondback over
    here, another big brand.
  • 4:06 | And then as you scroll
    through the results,
  • 4:08 | the number one ranking organic result,
  • 4:10 | which is basically it means
they’re not paying to be here.
  • 4:13 | Google is just saying this is probably
  • 4:15 | the one that you’re looking
    for is bikesonline.com.
  • 4:18 | So that’s one that I’ll
talk about in a second here.
  • 4:20 | And then we have REI,
  • 4:21 | which I know is an in-person
    store that also sells online.
  • 4:24 | They sell kind of all sportsman gear.
  • 4:26 | And then as you keep scrolling
    down, you’ve got Trek Bikes,
  • 4:28 | another popular brand of bikes.
  • 4:30 | So what you are looking for is,
  • 4:32 | what are the big brands that sell
  • 4:34 | the product in your industry,
  • 4:35 | and which ones of them have
    you bought from before,
  • 4:37 | or do you own their products?
  • 4:39 | Could you imagine yourself
  • 4:41 | referring people to these products?
  • 4:42 | So for instance, if I
    were into mountain biking,
  • 4:44 | do I ride Trek Bikes?
  • 4:46 | If I do, then this is a program
    that I want to consider.
  • 4:48 | But if I don’t ride their bikes,
  • 4:50 | then I’m just going to be
    looking over this result.
  • 4:52 | I really don’t wanna see if
    they have an affiliate program.
  • 4:54 | So I know this is going fast,
  • 4:55 | I hope you guys are
    hanging along with this.
  • 4:57 | I’m just trying to cover
    as much ground as possible.
  • 4:59 | If you’re enjoying this video,
please give it a thumbs up.
  • 5:02 | If you have any questions,
let me know in the comments,
  • 5:04 | and I’ll be checking these
    to keep answering them
  • 5:05 | and help you out.
  • 5:06 | But continuing to move along here,
  • 5:08 | once you’ve figured out
    which ones of these websites
  • 5:11 | you want to be partnered
    with, potentially,
  • 5:13 | then what we’re going to do is
  • 5:14 | we’re going to open up
    another tab in Google,
  • 5:16 | and we’re going to search
    the name of that company
  • 5:19 | and then affiliate program.
  • 5:20 | So the first one we’re
going to start with is Trek.
  • 5:26 | And what we’re looking to see here is,
  • 5:28 | does Trek’s website have
    an affiliate program?
  • 5:31 | Not all websites do
    have affiliate programs,
  • 5:33 | although a lot of them do.
  • 5:35 | So as you can see, the Trek
    Affiliate Program by Trek Bikes.
  • 5:38 | It’s really important that this
    is on the company’s website
  • 5:41 | and not on other websites
  • 5:42 | that are talking about the program.
  • 5:44 | So it’s click on this link.
  • 5:46 | And now this is going
    to tell you everything
  • 5:47 | about Trek’s affiliate program.
  • 5:49 | So as you scroll down here, you can see
  • 5:51 | that you’re going to get 8%
    commission on aftermarket items.
  • 5:54 | You’re going to get 4%
    commission on bikes,
  • 5:56 | 5% commission on full suspension bikes.
  • 5:58 | And then a couple other things here
  • 5:59 | that I’ll explain in a second.
  • 6:01 | But before we do anything here,
  • 6:03 | we want to go back to that main page,
  • 6:04 | and we wanna say, okay, Trek,
  • 6:06 | that’s one option that we have.
  • 6:07 | Let’s what are the other big websites,
  • 6:09 | and see if they have
    affiliate programs as well.
  • 6:12 | So the first result here, bikesonline.
  • 6:14 | Let’s go figure out if
    they have a program.
  • 6:20 | And as you can see, the
    first result bikesonline,
  • 6:22 | not by the other websites,
    partners and affiliates,
  • 6:25 | and they have a program as well.
  • 6:27 | Now, something important to note here
  • 6:29 | that applies to all different industries,
  • 6:30 | not just mountain bikes is that a website
  • 6:33 | like bikesonline sells all
    different brands of bikes.
  • 6:37 | However, a website like
    Trek only sells Trek bikes.
  • 6:40 | So keep that in mind
  • 6:41 | that if you are referring
    people to a Trek product,
  • 6:43 | you could send them right
  • 6:44 | through the Trek affiliate program,
  • 6:46 | but you could also send them
  • 6:47 | to buy a Trek bike on bikesonline.
  • 6:49 | So we really wanna figure
    out in this next step
  • 6:51 | which program has the best
    affiliate commissions.
  • 6:54 | So when we look at these side-by-side,
  • 6:56 | we know that on bikes and
    full suspension bikes,
  • 6:58 | we’re going to get 4% and 5%
    as a commission through Trek.
  • 7:02 | The other variable that
we want to be looking at
  • 7:04 | is the 30 day cookie duration.
  • 7:06 | What a cookie duration is is that means
  • 7:08 | when someone clicks on
    your affiliate link,
  • 7:10 | how many days after that is the window
  • 7:12 | of when they can make a purchase
  • 7:13 | and you still get a commission.
  • 7:15 | So for Trek, that is 30 days.
  • 7:17 | So the couple of variables
    we’re looking at here
  • 7:19 | are 4% commission on bikes,
  • 7:21 | which would be most of their bikes,
  • 7:22 | 5% commission on full suspension bikes,
  • 7:25 | which are their really
    serious mountain bikes,
  • 7:27 | and then also 8%
    commission on accessories,
  • 7:29 | but these will be Trek
    specific accessories.
  • 7:31 | And also for the bikes,
    all this is Trek specific.
  • 7:34 | Now, coming over to the other program,
  • 7:36 | we’re going to compare side by side.
  • 7:37 | If you scroll through
    their page for affiliates,
  • 7:39 | you’ll find somewhere with
    their commission rates
  • 7:41 | and the cookie duration.
  • 7:43 | Now, they don’t actually have
it on this main page here,
  • 7:45 | but if you click sign up,
  • 7:46 | it’ll bring us to their application
  • 7:48 | where it has to say it here somewhere.
  • 7:50 | So here we go, online sales,
    you’re going to get 2 to 4%.
  • 7:53 | So the way that they
    break it down is orders
  • 7:55 | that total less than $500,
    you’re going to get 4%.
  • 7:58 | And then as that order value
    gets higher and higher,
  • 8:00 | you get less of a commission.
  • 8:02 | So that’s not as good as Trek.
  • 8:04 | And then looking for their cookie here,
  • 8:06 | we can see that the referral window
  • 8:07 | or the cookie duration is 30 days.
  • 8:09 | So it’s the same, they’re both 30 days.
  • 8:11 | However, on Trek,
  • 8:12 | you’re going to get a lot
    higher of a commission.
  • 8:15 | So that’s kind of the
    initial work that you have
  • 8:16 | to do here to find the
    best affiliate program
  • 8:19 | for the topic or the industry
    that you wanna go into.
  • 8:21 | So if this all worked out
    nicely and you were like,
  • 8:23 | hey, you know what?
  • 8:24 | I only ride Trek Mountain bikes anyways
  • 8:25 | so that’s what I’m going
    to be referring people to.
  • 8:28 | Let’s just be an affiliate
    for Trek directly
  • 8:30 | because they pay a great commission,
  • 8:32 | and it’s better than these
    other websites anyways.
  • 8:34 | So then what you would wanna do is find
  • 8:35 | the kind of join button for their program.
  • 8:37 | Their says apply here.
  • 8:39 | You click on this, and
    then you basically go
  • 8:40 | through this application and
    give them basic information.
  • 8:43 | It’s just who you are,
    what is your website
  • 8:45 | that you’re going to
    be referring people to?
  • 8:47 | I’ll talk about that in a second.
  • 8:48 | And then how can they pay you?
  • 8:49 | So they need a way to
    pay you your commissions.
  • 8:51 | So you go to apply now,
  • 8:52 | and you just start filling
    out this information.
  • 8:54 | Now, something else that’s
    really important to note here
  • 8:57 | before we get into the
three ways of doing this is
  • 8:59 | that you can join as many
    affiliate programs as you want.
  • 9:02 | So you could join both
  • 9:03 | of these mountain bike affiliate programs
  • 9:05 | and then you just get
    links from both of them.
  • 9:06 | You can use them interchangeably
  • 9:08 | in the content that you create online,
  • 9:09 | and then you’ll just receive commissions
  • 9:11 | from multiple different companies
  • 9:12 | depending on which ones
    you made sales for.
  • 9:15 | Another thing that’s
    probably helpful to know is
  • 9:17 | that Amazon has their
    own affiliate program.
  • 9:19 | So if you just join theirs,
  • 9:20 | you can refer to any
    product that’s on Amazon.
  • 9:23 | Just type in Amazon affiliate program,
  • 9:24 | and it’s called Amazon.com
    Associates Central.
  • 9:28 | Instead of calling it
    Amazon affiliate program,
  • 9:30 | they call it an Amazon Associates program.
  • 9:32 | It’s just another way to say affiliate.
  • 9:34 | So you can sign up on their page,
  • 9:35 | and then you can get links
    to any product on Amazon.
  • 9:37 | Okay, so now that you’ve figured
    out what kind of industry
  • 9:40 | or topic you wanna be creating
    affiliate content about,
  • 9:42 | and then you’ve researched the companies
  • 9:44 | within that industry and figured out
  • 9:45 | which ones pay the best commission
  • 9:47 | and you’ve gone and joined
    those programs for free,
  • 9:50 | now you have access to
    your unique referral links.
  • 9:52 | Now, I’ll show you what to do online
  • 9:54 | to actually create affiliate content
  • 9:56 | and put in your affiliate link
  • 9:58 | and get people to see that content.
  • 9:59 | So this in my mind is the
    fun part of this tutorial.
  • 10:02 | This is where it breaks up
    into three different ways
  • 10:04 | of doing affiliate marketing,
    easy, medium, and hard.
  • 10:07 | So first, I’ll start you
    out with the easy way
  • 10:09 | that any of you could
    literally start today,
  • 10:12 | as long as you’ve done
    this process of finding out
  • 10:14 | who you wanna be affiliated with
  • 10:15 | and you have your unique referral link.
  • 10:17 | So if you go to Google
    and you type in Quora,
  • 10:20 | Quora is basically a forum.
  • 10:22 | It’s where anyone online
    can create an account,
  • 10:25 | they can ask questions,
  • 10:26 | and then anyone else
    can create an account,
  • 10:28 | they can come in and they
    can answer those questions.
  • 10:30 | Now, if you create a
    free account on Quora,
  • 10:32 | you can then go in and you
    can search for mountain bikes.
  • 10:35 | So you can search for
    whatever the industry was
  • 10:37 | that you’re creating your
    affiliate content about.
  • 10:40 | What you wanna do here is look
    for people asking questions
  • 10:42 | that you actually have the answer to
  • 10:44 | because this is your
    hobby or your passion,
  • 10:46 | and then see that it’s also a fit
  • 10:48 | where you could recommend
    them a product on Trek,
  • 10:50 | or you could recommend them a product
  • 10:52 | on one of the other affiliate programs
  • 10:54 | that you joined about mountain bikes.
  • 10:55 | Now, I’ve done this for several years,
  • 10:57 | just kind of on the side
  • 10:58 | testing things out in the beginning,
  • 11:00 | and I still make commissions
    from this to date.
  • 11:02 | This is years later,
  • 11:03 | and money still trickles in
    from commissions over on Quora.
  • 11:06 | Okay, so that’s the easiest
    way to do affiliate marketing.
  • 11:09 | You can start that today,
    and you’ll likely start
  • 11:11 | to see some commissions
    rolling it over time.
  • 11:13 | I don’t think you’re going to
make the most money this way.
  • 11:15 | There are better ways to do this.
  • 11:17 | They can get a lot more
    people to see your link,
  • 11:19 | click on them, you’ll make
    a lot more commissions.
  • 11:21 | So with that said,
  • 11:22 | let’s go from the easy
    way onto the medium way.
  • 11:25 | Now, the medium way stands
to make you a lot more money,
  • 11:27 | but it takes a little bit more work.
  • 11:29 | And essentially what that
    is is writing blog posts
  • 11:32 | kind of like an extended version
  • 11:33 | of what you would be writing
  • 11:34 | to someone on Quora as their answer.
  • 11:36 | A longer version of that
    that said least 1000 words,
  • 11:39 | and then posting that on your own website.
  • 11:42 | Now creating the actual website
  • 11:43 | will take you about 30 minutes to an hour.
  • 11:45 | So I have another video
  • 11:46 | that you can watch that’ll
show you how to do that.
  • 11:48 | It’s really not that hard to do,
  • 11:50 | but you need to set it up, right?
  • 11:51 | So I don’t want to go through
    everything in this video
  • 11:53 | and make this video super long.
  • 11:55 | So I’ll show you what this
    looks like in practice.
  • 11:58 | So the idea here is that
    you create a website
  • 12:00 | on your topic or your industry,
  • 12:02 | and then you write blog posts
  • 12:03 | about what you think other
people would be going to Google
  • 12:05 | and they would be searching.
  • 12:06 | So if we’re going off of the
    mountain bike industry here,
  • 12:09 | if you were to type in
    best mountain bike helmet,
  • 12:14 | and you look at all these results,
  • 12:16 | these are probably all
    affiliate marketing websites.
  • 12:19 | So “Best Mountain Bike helmets of 2023,”
  • 12:21 | okay, so the dead giveaway
    right here is it says,
  • 12:24 | when you buy through links on our site,
  • 12:26 | we may earn an affiliate commission.
  • 12:27 | So that’s called an affiliate disclaimer.
  • 12:29 | So if you see that on any page
  • 12:31 | that means that there are
    affiliate links on that page,
  • 12:33 | and the person who wrote it
    is doing affiliate marketing.
  • 12:35 | So basically, this is just a blog article
  • 12:37 | or a longer format post just like Quora,
  • 12:40 | except they’re going
    into more detail trying
  • 12:42 | to help you find the best
    mountain bike helmet.
  • 12:45 | So basically, just put
    a photo to the product,
  • 12:47 | write why it is good,
why it is on your list,
  • 12:49 | and then put a link to that product.
  • 12:51 | So as you can see,
  • 12:52 | buy now from Backcountry,
    from Amazon, from eBay,
  • 12:55 | all of these are going
    to be affiliate links
  • 12:57 | to that product on that website.
  • 12:59 | Now, this medium way of
    doing affiliate marketing
  • 13:01 | is the one way that I
    had referred to earlier
  • 13:04 | that I would say, if you
are going to do this one,
  • 13:06 | this is the one where you might wanna do
  • 13:08 | a little bit of research into the industry
  • 13:10 | to see what kind of articles to write.
  • 13:12 | Now, the reason that I say that is
  • 13:13 | because on Google in these search results,
  • 13:15 | which are basically each one of these,
  • 13:17 | which ones come up when
    you search for something,
  • 13:19 | some of these specific questions
  • 13:21 | like best mountain bike helmet
may be a lot more competitive
  • 13:25 | than other things like
    best mountain bike seat,
  • 13:28 | or best mountain bike gloves,
  • 13:29 | or review of this specific helmet.
  • 13:31 | Some certain searches
    might be a lot easier
  • 13:34 | for you to show up,
    number one, two, or three,
  • 13:36 | because the ones that are
    down at the bottom here,
  • 13:38 | not as many people are going to click on.
  • 13:40 | So there’s a website called semrush.com.
  • 13:43 | This is the one that I use
  • 13:45 | for my affiliate marketing websites
  • 13:46 | where you can basically type in the topic
  • 13:48 | or the industry that you want to go into,
  • 13:50 | and it’ll show you which
  • 13:51 | of the search terms are more competitive
  • 13:53 | and which ones are easier for you to rank.
  • 13:56 | Again, I’ve got another video
  • 13:57 | on the channel showing how to do that.
  • 13:59 | So we’ll put a link to
    that for that specific part
  • 14:01 | of this process down in the description.
  • 14:03 | Okay, so now that we’ve covered
  • 14:04 | the easy way and the medium way,
  • 14:06 | now let’s get into the hardest way
  • 14:08 | I would say to do affiliate marketing,
  • 14:09 | but also the way that you can stand
  • 14:11 | to make the most money
    from affiliate marketing.
  • 14:13 | Now, this way specifically
    is the hardest way
  • 14:15 | because it has the
    biggest barrier to entry.
  • 14:17 | I’ll show you what I mean by that.
  • 14:19 | But you can make the most money from it.
  • 14:21 | In the last three years,
  • 14:22 | I’ve kind of been doing this
    one part-time testing it,
  • 14:25 | while working on my other business models,
  • 14:27 | and I’ve made over a million
    dollars in commission
  • 14:29 | just from this way alone.
  • 14:30 | So with that said, what this is,
  • 14:32 | is instead of writing
    a short post on Quora
  • 14:34 | or a longer post on your website,
  • 14:36 | you basically take that
post and you record a video,
  • 14:40 | and then you post that on YouTube.
  • 14:41 | Now, the reason that this has
    the biggest barrier to entry
  • 14:44 | is because not many people
    want to be on camera.
  • 14:47 | So it has a really big
    mental barrier to entry.
  • 14:50 | With that said though,
  • 14:51 | that’s what makes this specific version
  • 14:53 | of affiliate marketing
    the most profitable,
  • 14:55 | because it has very low competition.
  • 14:57 | 99% of the people out there are not going
  • 14:59 | to consider making a video.
  • 15:01 | However, your entire life can change
  • 15:03 | in one year, two years, or
    three years by doing this,
  • 15:06 | doing something that not
everyone else is going to do.
  • 15:09 | Also, another important
    thing that I should say
  • 15:11 | is that you don’t have to
actually be on camera like this.
  • 15:14 | You can do everything
    without showing your face,
  • 15:17 | and I’ll explain to you
how to do that as well.
  • 15:18 | So first things first.
  • 15:19 | The reason that this way works the best is
  • 15:21 | because now you’re getting
    traffic from all of Google,
  • 15:24 | but you’re also getting
    traffic from all of YouTube.
  • 15:27 | So for those of you who didn’t know,
  • 15:28 | Google is the number one
    visited website on the internet,
  • 15:31 | and YouTube is the number two
  • 15:33 | visited website on the internet.
  • 15:34 | So now you’re taking advantage
  • 15:35 | of the number one and the number two.
  • 15:37 | So you’re getting a ton of traffic.
  • 15:39 | And YouTube and Google are
    owned by the same company.
  • 15:42 | So in the Google search results,
  • 15:44 | they actually also show
    videos from YouTube.
  • 15:47 | So if you can get yourself
  • 15:48 | to create a video and put it on YouTube,
  • 15:50 | you’re going to get a ton of traffic
  • 15:51 | compared to the other
    ways that I showed you.
  • 15:53 | So quickly, for instance,
  • 15:54 | let me type in best mountain bike helmet.
  • 15:59 | So as you can see, these are the results
  • 16:00 | that we talked about
    before on the websites.
  • 16:02 | But then here is the videos
    section of the search results.
  • 16:05 | And all of these are on YouTube.
  • 16:07 | So these are all YouTube videos.
  • 16:09 | So if someone clicks on
    this video right here,
  • 16:12 | the affiliate links to the helmets
  • 16:14 | that they talked about are
    all in the description.
  • 16:17 | It’s the same thing as
    doing it in your article,
  • 16:19 | except it’s in a video format.
  • 16:21 | Now, with that said,
  • 16:22 | that’s how someone would
    get there from Google,
  • 16:23 | but then remember,
  • 16:24 | the second most popular website
    on the internet is YouTube.
  • 16:27 | So someone may type in best
    mountain bike helmet on YouTube,
  • 16:33 | and then the videos can
    come up here as well.
  • 16:35 | So all of these are most likely
    affiliate marketing videos
  • 16:38 | where people are just
    referring to those products
  • 16:40 | with their affiliate
    links in the description.
  • 16:41 | Now, if you’ve gotten
    this far in this video,
  • 16:43 | hopefully that means that
    you’re genuinely interested
  • 16:45 | in starting affiliate marketing.
  • 16:47 | So with that said, you
    could start the easy way.
  • 16:49 | You could start the medium way.
  • 16:50 | I’ll give you the tutorials
    on how to do that.
  • 16:52 | Or if you wanna start this hard way,
  • 16:54 | that’s the way that I would
    really encourage you to start.
  • 16:57 | And I actually have a full program
  • 16:59 | that goes through how to
do this way step by step.
  • 17:01 | Honestly, I have no doubt that
even if you are a beginner,
  • 17:04 | by watching the course and
    going through step by step,
  • 17:07 | you can do this hardest way
    of doing affiliate marketing
  • 17:10 | and you stand to make the
most money doing it that way.
  • 17:13 | So the last thing I’ll say is that
  • 17:14 | I have personally always hated the people
  • 17:16 | that’ve been like, here’s a little teaser,
  • 17:17 | and here’s my expensive $1000 course.
  • 17:20 | So I really don’t wanna be that person,
  • 17:22 | and I genuinely wanted to pack this video
  • 17:23 | with a lot of value just
    to give you an example
  • 17:26 | of what you’re going
    to see in this course.
  • 17:28 | So if you’re interested,
  • 17:29 | the link will be down in the description,
  • 17:31 | and I really think this
    will help you a lot
  • 17:33 | if you wanna get into affiliate marketing.
  • 17:35 | That’s all for today, guys.
  • 17:36 | If you have any questions, let
me know down in the comments,
  • 17:38 | and I’ll see you in the next video.
