Beck Oberholtzer named vice president, sales and operations at CSV Marketing in Vermilion

Beck Oberholtzer has been promoted to vice president, sales and operations at CSV Marketing, a marketing company in Vermilion aimed at providing manufacturers, industrial distributors and professional end users with high-quality industrial products.
Oberholtzer started with the company in 2018 as a regional and marketing manager and has new roles accompanied with his upgraded position, according to a news release.
Part of Oberholtzer’s responsibilities now include oversight of day-to-day operations, working with the CSV sales team to plan and execute sales and marketing strategies, closely working with principals that align the agency with its goals, and working with business owners and leadership to ensure CSV product offers support their needs.
“In the past six years with CSV, I’ve had the pleasure of building relationships with our principals, distributor partners and key end users in our markets,” said Oberholtzer. “I’m honored to receive this promotion and continue to help lead CSV Marketing in a direction that will provide maximum value to both our principals and distributors.
“I’d be remiss if I didn’t emphasize that CSV’s true value comes from our phenomenal team of professional representatives who spend each and every day in the field promoting our manufacturers and supporting our distributor partners.”
Oberholtzer will report to Bill Via, founder and president of CSV Marketing, and represent CSV in different professional organizations, the release stated.

According to CSV, the company was founded in 1991 and is a “manufacturers’ representative agency offering a diverse array of high-quality, industrial products.”
While serving customers in eight states, CSV has offices in six different locations, all strategically placed, according to the release.
Oberholtzer has a bachelor’s degree in finance and previously worked in enterprise software operating the North and South American mid-market sales teams at Flexera Software, the release stated.
