6:37 | brother. We’re in school together at the same period. It was a struggle throughout. I didn’t have anything to

6:43 | do. So it was even in school 2016 I started doing painting. So from school

6:48 | 2016 I kept doing this painting just to be putting food in my mouth aside school fees and the rest things my mom would

6:54 | help us take care of. When I graduated from school in 2018 when I came out from school my guy everywhere was red. I

7:06 | I used to hawk SIM card in the street. People that know me in Asaba you would know the story very well. When I was

7:11 | still staying in Asaba, Delta State, Nigeria, I will wear this ETEL jacket. I’ll be roaming around the street hawking sim card and registering people.

7:18 | Then they used to pay us 15 per. So at the end of the day, it wasn’t still working. I had to do music. I did a lot

7:25 | of things. It didn’t still work. I went back to painting and I kept painting and

7:30 | painting and painting until the year 2022 where the whole magic and miracle happened. So after seeing affiliate

7:37 | marketing in the year 2021 December I was a bit skeptical. I was

7:42 | doubting it. So what I did I started making research and all that stuff and at the end of the day it dawned on me

7:49 | that this thing is done everywhere. What did I do? I just came back to the person who posted it and I asked her how can I

7:55 | start this thing? She explained and in 2022 January 17th was the day I started

8:15 | from the business. Yeah, I was should I say I was lucky. I wasn’t lucky because I was actually working and I understood

8:21 | how it was done perfectly well. So, my throwback is over. Let me take you fast forward to the year 2022 till date when

9:09 | do an event with my students over there in Ghana. So I’ve actually enjoyed life. That’s the truth. In the space of how

9:15 | many years, just few years I started. So you too can do this thing and before you know it, you are making good money. So

10:22 | what I’m saying here? So these are the key benefits of making your money online. You can always scale up whatever

10:27 | you do online. Salary cannot be scaled. You know what scaling means? You are earning 100,000 NRA a month. You can

10:33 | decide that you want to start earning 200,000 NRA a month and you have some little things to just do and you’ll start making it. That is scaling. You

10:40 | grow. Do you think I came into affiliate marketing, I started making millions every week. No. In fact, when I started,

10:45 | I was making only 100,000 NRA a week. That time in 2022, I was making 100,000

10:51 | NRA a week. But because it was scalable, the things I was doing to give me 100,000 NRA a week. If I do it two

10:57 | times, two times more. If I put in two times more effort, I’ll make 200,000 NRA a week. If I put five times effort, I’ll

11:04 | make 500,000 NRA a week. So, if I need to make 1 million a week, I just do 10 times more of what I’m currently doing.

11:10 | And this is how I’ve been doing it. And I got to this level. I will show you some of my weekly payouts and also my

12:20 | Amazon KDP, publishing books on Amazon. You’ve heard about YouTube monetizing. You’ve heard about content creation. All

12:28 | these things can give you money. You see all these people acting content online. They doing skits. They’re doing all

12:33 | these content and all these things. They are making money. That’s the truth. But can you do those things? That’s the

12:38 | question. For me, I feel everybody should decide by themselves what you would really want to do. But if you want

12:44 | to make money fast, then you have to do something that can give you money fast. It’s not something you have to build and

12:50 | build and grow for like one year, two years. Because all these people you are watching today online, if they tell you when they started to get to this level,

12:57 | you might get discouraged. So it’s not something you just come in and money is just coming. No, but these things are

13:03 | possible with affiliate marketing. You can start affiliate marketing now and in 2 weeks you already making money if you

13:09 | do it well. That’s the truth. How long did it take me to make my first 1 million? 3 months. But a content creator

13:15 | making their first million in 3 months is rare. You hardly see and you will know the kind of effort you put into

13:20 | your content to make that kind of money. So these are some of the things I tell people and why they should start from

13:26 | affiliate marketing. Okay, let me give you some things I listed out here. The risk is almost zero when you’re doing

13:32 | affiliate marketing because you are not actually putting money to get money. That’s not how it is done. You simply

13:38 | advertise and you are being paid for the advert you do when sales are made. I’m going to tell you how everything is done

13:43 | from the advert, the company you work for and every other thing you need. That’s the essence of this class. So the

13:49 | risk is almost zero. I’m not risking. Do you understand? So affiliate marketing

13:54 | is not like forex where you have to keep putting in money before you make money. It’s different here. Secondly, it’s not

14:01 | time consuming like many other businesses. You know that some businesses can pay you heaven and earth,

14:07 | but the time you have to give to it is too much. Look at me having a class right now. I’m supposed to be pressing

14:13 | phone making money, right? But even without me being online, I can still be making money because I’ve set my system

14:18 | up in a way that even if I’m not actively available, my business is still functioning. This is how affiliate

14:24 | marketing is done. You can do your advert and go to bed. Sales will come in. I’m going to tell you how everything

14:29 | works. Don’t worry. So, I said it is not timeconuming like many other businesses. No certificate or qualification needed

14:36 | to get started. So no matter how you are, no matter where you are from, no matter who you are, you don’t need to

14:42 | get qualified to be an affiliate. The only qualification is having phone. I

14:47 | don’t even use laptop. Some of you are asking must you have a laptop. No, I don’t use laptop to do it. The only time

14:53 | I use laptop is if I need a wider screen. That’s all. But what will I be doing with my laptop? I use phone to do

14:58 | everything. It’s that simple. So you can use Android phone, you can use iPhone. Anyone can work for you. Now another

15:04 | thing is it is not expensive to start like other businesses. Yeah, that’s the funny thing. Affiliate marketing is like

15:10 | in fact this is the cheapest business to start online. Should I tell you how registering with some companies to start

15:17 | affiliate marketing is just 3,000 NRA once in a year. What is 3,000 NRA for you? I’m just trying to be factual with

15:25 | you. 3,000 NRA you can become an affiliate only 3K and you are already doing some things and you are making

15:31 | money for yourself. If 3,000 NRA risk to you, that’s the point. So the business is not risky and it is not expensive to

15:39 | start like other businesses. So the next point on my list is you can’t get sacked and you can work with as many companies

15:45 | as you wish. Yeah, nobody can sack you as an affiliate. You can even decide to work for 10 companies if your strength

15:51 | can carry it. I started working with company A. Then later I moved into company B and company C. So I work with

15:57 | several companies but there’s one company I like so much and I’m going to introduce you to my own company that I work with. So I’m not the owner of the

16:03 | company. I never reach to get company but I work with them and they’ve been paying me for years now. So you are very

16:09 | safe. The last point is the money never stops coming. I’ve been doing affiliate

16:14 | marketing for years since 2022 January till today I’m having this class. The

16:19 | money keeps increasing. It does not stop. In fact the business is getting easier. Why do you think everybody now

16:25 | is talking about it? The money is becoming plenty more than ever. It is now that people now understand where

16:31 | this money is. And you need to take advantage of these things on time so that your mates don’t leave you behind.

16:37 | You can’t be sitting and watching everybody succeed. Only you are still there doing that old job. No, you need

16:42 | to learn all these things and start making money for yourself. So let’s get into the next thing. What is affiliate

16:48 | marketing? Should I say this is where the class starts from? So by definition I would say affiliate

16:55 | marketing is a business model where an ordinary person can help either companies or individuals advertise

17:02 | products and earn commissions whenever sales are made. This is what affiliate marketing means typically. So you help

17:09 | companies or you help individuals advertise products. Now let me just tell you briefly how affiliate marketing is

17:16 | done so that you will get the clearer picture. Let me say for example you go to four plaza in on or you go to

17:23 | computer village in Lagos and you want to buy phone this is iPhone 12 Pro Max I’m holding you want to buy this iPhone

17:29 | 12 Pro Max and you walk into the market do you know what you’re going to see you will see a lot of people standing on the

17:35 | road some even be dragging you by your hand saying bros which one you find iPhone we get iPhone we get Samsung

17:41 | sharp one you you’ll be hearing those things it’s not only in Nigerian market it happens everywhere you will see some

17:47 | people trying to convince you to come and buy from them. Do you know the funny part here? These people don’t have any

17:52 | shop. You know, right? They don’t have shop. What they will do is if you tell somebody, okay, I need iPhone 12 Pro

17:58 | Max. They will now carry you and go to somebody’s shop. And when they get to

18:03 | that shop, they now start acting as if the shop is their own and make you buy. They will sell original phone to you.

18:08 | Quite all right. After you pay for that phone and go home, they will now settle with the owner of the shop. This person

18:14 | that took you to somebody’s shop is an affiliate already. So affiliate marketing is like you don’t own anything

18:20 | but you can help another person sell their thing and you collect commission but there’s a way it’s done because we

18:26 | don’t go to any market. We don’t I’m just trying to give you an explanation on how it is done. If you tell me to go

18:32 | and be doing that kind of market style I cannot do it. I don’t have that strength to go and be dragging people and all. I

18:39 | do my own in a very soft way. I sit in my house. I press one or two buttons and I rest and people flood my DM and I make

18:47 | sales. The next day I continue do the same thing for years now. This is what I’ve been doing over and over and over

18:53 | again and I cannot stop. The money keeps increasing. I’m going to tell exactly how we do our own. So if you are

18:59 | advertising what does not belong to you, you are already an affiliate marketer. Let me take for example, you have an

19:06 | uncle that sells cars and then you have a friend maybe just came back to the country and this friend is looking for a

19:12 | car to buy. This friend wants to buy Benz. What do you do? You will simply direct this your friend to your uncle’s

19:18 | shop. And if they go there to buy that car, do you know what you’ve just done? Affiliate marketing. Because you are not

19:24 | the owner of the shop. Your uncle is the owner of that shop, but you have sent somebody there. So when this person gets

19:29 | to your uncle’s shop, they will now call you from there and tell your uncle will now call you and say how far maybe your

19:34 | name is Victor. Your uncle will call you say Victor I see who you direct call my shop. God bless you. I better let her

19:40 | send me your account. May I do small thing for you? That is how it is done. So that small thing your uncle will do

19:45 | for you is what we call commission. So how do we do it? We go to companies. Companies cannot advertise by

19:52 | themselves. We pick as many product as we want. We show it to people that want it.

19:58 | Did you see the scenario I gave here? Your friend came to tell you that they want to buy a car. Meaning they are

20:04 | already in they are already looking for a car to buy. You are not the one going to convince them to buy car. That’s the

20:10 | difference with normal marketing. So you go to only people that are already interested. They they are willing to get

20:17 | this thing already. Then you just show them road to go and get it and you collect your money. If you are the one

20:23 | to be convincing people, you are not doing affiliate marketing again. You cannot go to somebody and tell the person come and buy car come and buy

20:29 | car. It doesn’t make any sense. You look for people that are already looking for cars then you direct them to places

20:35 | where they sell cars and when they buy these are the fastest ways to make sales and when they pay for these cars you

20:40 | collect your money and this is how affiliate marketing is done. So these are some of the most asked questions in

20:47 | affiliate marketing. What does this product look like? I’m going to explain that. What qualifies you to become an

20:53 | affiliate? I said it before just your phone. Where are these products advertised? I’m also going to explain

20:59 | that. Must you have any must you have many followers to become an affiliate?

21:04 | No. You can actually start affiliate marketing from zero followers. I’m the one to teach you what exactly to do on

21:11 | your social media. You can grow your social media if you want to. But there are some affiliate marketers that have only 100 followers and they are making

21:18 | more money than people that have 10,000 followers. Very possible. So it is not your followers you sell to. You sell to

21:24 | strangers, people who don’t even know you. I’m going to explain how everything is done. So you don’t start looking for followers and forget the real thing. It

21:31 | is not followers we are here to look for. We are here to look for money. That’s the thing. So do you need a

21:37 | laptop to start affiliate marketing? The answer is no. No, no. You don’t need a laptop. So the question of what does

21:44 | this product looks like? We have different kinds of products. We have three types of products in affiliate

21:50 | marketing. Let me just explain what it looks like. So, first we have physical product. Anything you can see is a

21:56 | physical product. Do you get it? The phone I’m holding is a physical product. This my laptop is a physical product.

22:04 | This chair I’m sitting is a physical product. Anything your eyes can see is already a physical product. That is it.

22:10 | So, think of generator, think of fridge, think of television. And which kind of companies do you think advertise

22:16 | physical products? We have Junior, we have Gigi, we have Conga. All these companies advertise physical product.

22:23 | When you go to Jumia for example, Junia do not own those things. They advertise.

22:29 | Junior is the affiliate. Do you know why? Somebody has generator for sale.

22:34 | You snap the generator. You register an account on Jumia. You snap this generator. You send the picture to

22:39 | Junia. They will add it to their list of items available for sales. So Jumia is

22:45 | now the middle man. Another person wants generator you will now visit Jumia’s site and you will see this generator

22:51 | somebody posted there and you buy Junior will collect a commission so that thing Junia is doing is what I am doing I’m

22:59 | now serving as a company but I’m not a company I’m just an individual so you are standing as a middleman between a

23:18 | somebody will send you number of an agent. So if I’m an agent for example I’m a house agent you call me and say

23:29 | you make payment to landlord I’m collecting my own agency fee that is my commission this is exactly what we are

23:35 | doing but not physical we are doing our own online hope you now understand how it is done so you are just a middleman

23:42 | you don’t need to own anything you can use other people’s own let somebody else invest money building their own brand

23:49 | their own products and everything. They are the ones to spend the whole money. Your job is just take people that are

23:55 | looking for this thing to go and buy it from them and you collect your money. It is very very easy to do. When I finish

24:01 | explanation, so physical products are product you can see and product you can touch. We have the second kind of

24:07 | product digital product which is my favorite. Yeah, digital products are actually my favorite. When you say

24:13 | digital product, what does it mean? It’s just an opposite of physical product. A product you cannot see or touch. That’s

24:18 | a digital product. So let me give you a perfect example. How many of you know Whiskid? How many of you know Rama?

24:25 | These guys are musicians. Do you know that there are some platforms you can’t get their music for free? Yeah.

24:31 | Platforms like iTunes, Apple Music, you have to buy the song. So for example, you want to purchase the video’s album

24:37 | and you go to these platforms. You go to Apple Music, you click on buy now, they add to cart and everything. The album is

24:44 | not going to be delivered to your doorstep. Nobody, no delivery guy will bring the video’s album and come and give in your house. Everything is in

24:50 | your phone. It will be transferred into your phone playlist and you will start listening. This is a digital content.

24:56 | You cannot see the album. You cannot touch it. You cannot hold it. That is a digital product. So immediately you make

25:03 | payment. Spotify or Apple Music has a commission to collect. The owner of the

25:08 | product is the video. The affiliate is Apple Music and you are the final

25:14 | consumer. So the Apple Music is just the bridge between you and the video. You cannot get access to the video to go and

25:20 | buy it from him directly. So he has already put it somewhere and you that is looking for it. You will come in search

25:26 | of it and you will see it in a platform and the moment you make payment

25:31 | collect his own money. The platform collect its own money. You collect what you paid for and everybody is happy.
