Job Functions: National Account ManagementThis place shall be accountable for the event of the Heavy Seas portfolio in nationwide and regional chain accounts overlaying each the on and off-premise segments. Establish robust working relationships with senior-stage consumers and employees at key on and off-premise chains. Develop structured account targets with supporting enterprise analytics and programming to drive model income, revenue and consciousness.Collaborate and construct relationships with distributor chain groups to each educate and execute progress methods inside assigned nationwide/regional accounts.Develop and execute promotional exercise to extend velocity and distribution of Heavy Seas portfolio.Distributor ManagementWork instantly with distributor administration to advertise manufacturers and implement programming to drive income and gross revenue.Develop and implement authorized gross sales and advertising and marketing methods all through the distribution community. Monitor distributor stock every day.Establish retailer relationships inside a focused checklist of accounts to develop enterprise.RetailMaintain common name frequency with assigned nationwide accounts and focused high quantity impartial accounts.2-3 days per week retail promoting and driving execution of National Account applications.Building partnerships with Heavy Seas distributors by working the commerce with key personnel from distributors. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s diplomaBeer Experience (educated within the three-tier system and promotional and authorized construction)5+ years of expertise and relationships with National/Regional Chain Accounts positioned within the Southeastern marketSelf-Motivated with the fervour to winAbility to collaborate with wholesalers and inner staff at Heavy SeasRobust communication and presentation skillsProficient with VIP, Excel, and PowerPointMust be capable of journey 50%-60% of the timeMay have to work occasional weekends and eveningsMust be 21 years of ageMust present a canopy letter with wage necessities to be thought of.
