As the company continues to expand its market presence and drive growth, it seeks a proactive and dynamic Property Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join its team. With over $500m of operating and development assets spread across Australia and plans to further expand the portfolio, this individual will play a pivotal role in supporting both marketing and sales efforts to achieve overall business objectives and increase revenue.
Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, this full-time role based in our Surry Hills office, will be responsible for:
Marketing:
Collaborating with the marketing team and external designers/agencies to develop and implement marketing strategies across various channels, such as social media, email, website, outdoor advertising, and print materials, to stimulate sales and revenue across all assets, while also focusing on corporate branding
Developing and posting professional and engaging content across the company’s social media platforms
Managing the company website
Assisting with rebranding newly acquired assets and being a brand custodian, emphasising the importance of strengthening brand presence and continuity across the asset group
Monitoring and analysing the performance of marketing activities
Being willing to learn (if not skilled already) the basics of Adobe InDesign to make basic in-house design updates to pre-existing marketing collateral.
Sales:
Assisting sales representatives with necessary tools, resources, and materials to facilitate the sales process effectively
Managing the accuracy of data input in the customer relationship management system (CRM)
Assisting in preparing sales-related documents and contracts, adhering to company guidelines and branding standards
Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify new sales opportunities and trends
Assisting in tracking and reporting sales performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications and skills required:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Property, Business, Law or related field
Proven experience (1-3 years) in marketing and/or property sales coordination or a related role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and quality
A self-starter with a proactive and results-driven mindset
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively
Basic skills in Adobe Suites, InDesign (not mandatory)
Driver’s license
